As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided to ensure your success.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites and social media channels
* Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and excellent customer experience
* Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
* Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* 5+ hours availability per week
