**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.
* Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed and effective support.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support, sales, and industry-specific topics.
* Work collaboratively with the customer support team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
