As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative on our night shift team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our users receive timely and accurate support during off-peak hours. * Monitor and manage live chat queues during designated night hours, responding to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Guide users through login recovery, subscription changes, and refund questions, providing clear and concise solutions to their issues
* Apply promotional offers, update billing information, and troubleshoot common issues, using saved reply templates, internal documentation, and workflow prompts to ensure efficient and accurate support
* Tag conversations properly for team tracking and analytics, ensuring that our support team can identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with our support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

* Minimum availability: 15 hours per week

* Practice with simulated support tickets and chat flows to help you build confidence and skills
* First monitored shift with real-time coaching to ensure you're comfortable and confident in your role
