Job Summary As a Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through Live Chat software. You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to handle multiple incoming requests for information, stay calm under pressure, and demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service.
