**Job Summary**

As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, providing timely, accurate information regarding products, services, and policies of careerzynith. You'll identify and address customer inquiries or concerns swiftly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and issues using our designated customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers through live chat, providing timely, accurate information regarding products, services, and policies of careerzynith.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and address customer inquiries or concerns swiftly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Use active listening and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and issues using our designated customer relationship management (CRM) software.
