As a Live Chat and Telephone Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, and building and maintaining positive client relationships.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally
* Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support
* Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience
* Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies

**Requirements**

* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
