**The Role**

As a Live Chat and Telephone Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, and building and maintaining positive client relationships.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally
* Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support
* Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience
* Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies
* Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience
* Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
* Maintain proper documentation of interactions

**Requirements**

* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and passion for helping others

**Nice-to-Haves**

* Experience working in a mental health or social services setting
* Knowledge of mental health support services and resources
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
