**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously via live chat and email
* Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Utilizing phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
* Processing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure financial integrity
* Conducting outbound calling campaigns to promote our products or services and drive business growth
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
