**Job Summary**

As a Live Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll be the front-line of support for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues through our live chat platform. **Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing information about careerzynith services, policies, and procedures
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

**Requirements**
