**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Live Chat Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, email, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with our clients' brands to understand their products, services, and values, and use this knowledge to deliver personalized and engaging experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, email, and other digital channels
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Collaborate with our clients' brands to understand their products, services, and values
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously
* Utilize CRM and ACD tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
* Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically
* Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms
* Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
* Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
* Experience supporting home appliances
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum HS diploma, college preferred
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
* Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services
