**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Live Chat Agents to join our team at arenaflex. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing accurate and compassionate information to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines while ensuring the quality and integrity of the call.
* Answering questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex.
* Resetting Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system.
* Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries, and appropriately documenting customer calls.
* Ability to read and interpret documents on file.
* Understanding and retaining a large amount of information.
* Answering and responding professionally to escalate calls, should they arise.
* Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
* Reviewing customer needs and informing customers of services and resources available to them.
* Ability to stay alert and responsive.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED.
* Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
* Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs.
* Typing minimum of 25 WPM.
* Successfully complete a background check.
* Weekend/holiday availability may be required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required.
* Entry-level position.

* 2 weeks of paid training (8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday).
