You'll work closely with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communication, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs * Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing * Process new and/or amended enrollments * Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences * Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile **Requirements:** * 1+ years of customer service experience * Active Personal Lines resident license * High school diploma or GED * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking * Eagerness to learn new technologies * Passion for helping others * Patient and empathetic nature * Ability to pass a background check * Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Nice-to-Haves:** * Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate) **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $18/hr.
