Job Overview
In this remote role, you will leverage your active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance, interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, and engage in online communication to provide seamless customer service support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, advising on plan options, and ensuring that our clients enjoy authentic experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs, providing personalized support and solutions.
Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring that they are well-informed and empowered to make decisions.
Process new and/or amended enrollments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences.


Essential Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
Active Personal Lines resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
High school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong aptitude for adapting to changing systems and processes.
Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature that enables you to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to pass a background check, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and provide culturally sensitive support.
