**Job Summary**

As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and support to pet parents across the United States. You'll be responsible for:

* Helping pet parents understand how to protect their furry companions with our insurance and non-insurance products
* Interacting with customers and responding to inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
* Building and strengthening customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
* Navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer's inquiry
* Utilizing productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to stay organized and efficient
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to pet parents via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
* Navigate multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer's inquiry
* Utilize productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to stay organized and efficient
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Active Property & Casualty Producer license required
* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
* Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
* Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer's inquiry
* Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
* In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)
* Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
* An entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
* Familiarity with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
* In-depth knowledge of ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets
* Familiarity with careerzynith products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a start-up environment
