**Join Our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent**

We're seeking an experienced and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. **Responsibilities**

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior support agents when necessary
* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with careerzynith's services and offerings
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll need:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
