Primary Standards of SWA U As a Learning Systems Analyst, you'll be expected to uphold the following core standards: Collaboration: Lead the design and execution of training initiatives that support company-wide drives. Consistency: Establish and maintain standards for curriculum design, development, delivery, measurement, and reporting. Team Overview As a Learning Systems Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides support for the SumTotal Learning Management System. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with clients, the technology support team, and the vendor to design and prioritize work within the SumTotal Learning Management System. Consulting and recommending system functionality to support client needs and improve application utilization. Coordinating and delivering new functionality and system updates, including determining system settings across the organization. Key Responsibilities and Duties The Learning Systems Analyst's responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to: Researching and developing new system functionality to guide recommendations. Managing releases for triannual updates to the Learning Management system. Creating and refreshing documentation for both internal and external audiences. Performing system administration tasks within the Learning Management system. Troubleshooting and gathering data from various sources. Recording, analyzing, and reporting required data and information. Fulfilling other special projects as assigned by management. Travel Opportunities While not required, travel opportunities may arise for activities and events. Requirements, Skills, Work Style, and Capabilities To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment. A passion for learning, self-motivation, and a team-oriented attitude. Experience with learning management systems, particularly SumTotal.
