Our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team plays a critical role in designing and developing learning programs that support associates and investigators in their roles. We are committed to creating great learning experiences that provide resources for effective job performance. Our team comprises LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work collaboratively to improve learner capabilities and performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, and enhanced practice. Key Job Responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Designing and Developing Learning Experiences: Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. Managing Curriculum Maintenance: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that learning programs are up-to-date and effective. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring that our learning experiences meet the needs of our learners. Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials and ensure that our learning experiences are efficient and effective. Additional Responsibilities As a consultant on programs, you will: Manage Multiple Projects: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently. Embed Data Collection and Feedback Mechanisms: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. Conduct Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Program or Project Management Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience. Cross-Functional Experience: 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Process Improvement Experience: 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree. Experience with Program Requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: End-to-End Delivery Experience: 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. Process Improvement Experience: 5+ years of driving process improvements. Stakeholder Management Experience: 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects. Change Management Experience: 3+ years of change management experience.
