Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Night Shift Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Remote facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of our facilities, performing maintenance, modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving our success and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities Maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical systems in a distribution center environment Provide electrical support for all facility systems and equipment, including conveyors, A-Frames, Printers, Strappers, Compressors, and other automated technologies Lead, communicate, and motivate team members during normal working hours and high-pressure situations Demonstrate skills in all phases of facility maintenance, including electrical troubleshooting Communicate with and maintain effective relationships with vendors, facilities team, operations, IT, and contractors Train and lead other facilities assistants in LOTO and OSHA regulations, as well as other maintenance procedures Essential Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in mechanical/HVAC, electrical, or a combination of both 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting control systems, including relay logic and microprocessor-based controls Proven ability to communicate effectively between facilities team, vendors, operations, IT, and contractors 3+ years of experience with electrical schematics, electrical and mechanical systems, including power feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, AC/DC drives, PLC's, UPS systems, compressors, strappers, air handling units, and CRAC units Experience with CMMS programs, such as Maintenance Connection Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the NEC and light electrical construction experience Windows XP/Windows 7 and work order experience Associate degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field Experience with Hydraulics and pneumatics Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At McKesson, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
