**The Opportunity**
As a K-8th Tutor at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work with students in a 1-to-1 setting or small groups of up to 4. You'll be responsible for providing personalized instruction and support to help students achieve their academic goals. With flexible, part-time hours available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and summer, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and balance your work and personal life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personalized instruction and support to students in a 1-to-1 setting or small groups of up to 4
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
* Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
* Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices and improve student outcomes
**Requirements:**
* 4-year degree required
* Certification or licensure in education preferred
* All experience levels welcome to apply, including recent graduates, current teachers, and retired professionals
* Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students
