About the Role
We are urgently hiring a Junior Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. As a Junior Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our data collection and analysis efforts. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and quality, and providing exceptional customer service to our participants.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
Entering data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
Verifying and validating data to ensure its accuracy and quality
Providing exceptional customer service to our participants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Participating in online and in-person discussions, providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services
Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
Meeting deadlines and working independently to complete tasks
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
A reliable internet connection
The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Experience in data entry or a related field
Knowledge of data collection and analysis principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
