* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics we're researching
* No previous experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
