As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to address their inquiries, resolve their concerns, and exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. * Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently. * Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed. * Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions. * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Position Details** * **Rate:** $35 per hour * **Requirements:** + Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must * **Location:** This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States * **Work Schedule:** Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including chat systems, email, and other software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and best practices * Familiarity with chat systems and other customer service software applications * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including chat systems, email, and other software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
