**Experienced Junior Compliance Data Entry Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development**

In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying and adjusting associate work times in the PATS system, ensuring data integrity, and processing indirect time logs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have knowledge of the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, and possess at least one year of relevant business experience. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization are essential. Bilingual candidates are preferred. **Responsibilities:** - Verify Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each Associate each day. - Review each Associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN. - Key in indirect time from indirect logs. - Ensure indirect time appears to be accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of other assignments. - Analyze/manipulate raw data and generate all necessary reports to create assignments in PATS. Store all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements. - Key in exception and adjustment logs. - Ensure that all logs are turned in for each associate each day and report any issues to area supervisors. Monitor that all logs returned to the supervisor for correction are turned back into the office in a timely manner. - Archive all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements. - Train as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process. - Perform other routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep. - Perform other clerical duties, as needed, to assist in building daily operations. **Minimum Requirements:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of AS 400 Warehouse Management System - One-year related business experience with PC experience preferred - Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures desired - Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization - Ability to keep confidentiality - Maintains organized workstation - Bilingual preferred **Qualifications:** - Experience level: Entry Level - Minimum 1 year of experience - Education: Bachelors **Skills:** - Data Entry - PATS system - AS 400 WMS (1 year of experience is preferred) - DC procedures - Bilingual - Compliance **Equal Opportunity Employer:** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes people of all abilities.
