**Key Responsibilities**
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals
* Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
* Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member
* Remotely resolve and close demands using remote tools
* Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues
* Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
* Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
* Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
* Install and configure local and network-based printers
* Perform preventive maintenance
* Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
* Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedure
* Perform other duties as mentioned

**All you'll need for success**
* Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Equivalent professional training
+ Associate/4-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience/preparation
* 2 years of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
* First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
* Preferred Qualifications:
+ A+ certification
+ MCSE/MCP or higher
+ Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
* General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
* Knowledge of workflow and with tagging systems
* Knowledge of VPN network and ability to investigate issues
* Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
