* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions

* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field
* Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, and other relevant technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
