* Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques
* Conducting site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed
* Communicating with clients to discuss recognized issues or concerns and resolve the issues
* Conducting follow-up with clients to ensure issues were resolved completely
* Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* Strong technical knowledge of network and desktop infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows operating systems and Cisco VPN
* Experience with Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other Internet browsers

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
