Key Responsibilities As an IT Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. Your responsibilities will include: Sharing your passion and knowledge of the brand with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience Utilizing the brand's products and services to provide expert advice and support Developing a deep understanding of the brand's site and media/searches related to it, staying up-to-date with the latest information and trends Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, providing comfort and support to customers in need Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems Knowledge of top OS and brand environments, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to type at least 35 wpm, with strong text-based communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer communication styles Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working with blithequark or similar brands, with a deep understanding of their products and services Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends, with the ability to provide expert advice and support to customers Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for career growth and development.
