**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Sharing your passion for careerzynith's brand and products with customers, and using your expertise to help them make informed purchasing decisions
* Familiarizing yourself with careerzynith's brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with the best possible options
* Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, and providing them with personalized support and guidance
* Typing at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems
* Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
* A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
* The ability to explain complex concepts at a customer's knowledge level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working with careerzynith's brand or similar products and services
* Knowledge of careerzynith's technology solutions and services
* Familiarity with careerzynith's brand site and media
**Compensation and Perks**
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll enjoy:
