As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support and guidance to our customers as they navigate our online platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an IT Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Sharing your passion for our brand and products with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience * Utilizing our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance * Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products, to stay ahead of the curve * Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, providing a calming presence for our customers * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus) * Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments * A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs * The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level * Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate effectively in text form * Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations **blithequark's Purpose** At blithequark, our purpose is to empower our customers to achieve their goals by providing them with the technology advice and products they need, when they need them.
