Key Responsibilities
Assist in driving the overall IT Transformation Program, Global Team, and AIR4
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and solutions
Provide corporate-level communications, support worker engagement activities, business change and change management support, business analysis, data analysis, and/or technical support for the Data Innovation organization
Work on complex projects, analyzing data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, management, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
