About Delta Airlines and the IT Offices Group Delta Airlines is a renowned industry leader, and their IT Offices Group is responsible for managing the critical infrastructure that supports their airport communication spaces. This team oversees the administration of site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, and maintenance of data center critical infrastructure, IT validation labs, and remote communication room critical environment equipment. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the operational sustainability of Delta's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of critical infrastructure. Manage and maintain data center and remote communication room equipment, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework. Support IT labs to align with client application and engineering teams, providing workstations, hardware, and access to test applications. Coordinate with professional services to ensure seamless maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, principles, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate norms and regulations. Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. Select and procure IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, best prices, and vendor compliance. Support Corporate Land projects, acting as an IT Offices liaison and providing on-site assessment reporting. Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and data center equipment. Maintain strict adherence to change control activities and prioritize safety and security. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of data center technology and basic offices infrastructure. Project management experience, particularly in high-availability communication rooms or data center environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities within established time constraints. Flexibility to support an operation with fluctuating movements, extended hours, and on-call requirements.
