**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales conversions

**Essential Qualifications**
* 12th Pass and above with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
