As an Experienced Insurance Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers over the phone. Your primary tasks will include gathering and verifying information, entering data into forms, and answering questions about insurance policies. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inbound phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective support for their insurance-related queries
* Gather and verify customer information, entering data into forms as required
* Answer questions about insurance policies, providing clear and concise explanations
* Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Ability to type 45+ WPM, with excellent data entry skills
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
