**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This role requires a strong customer service aptitude, reliability, critical thinking, and a personal drive to serve others with compassion. You'll be working in a remote environment, and a quiet, distraction-free space is essential during training and work hours.

**What We're Looking For**
* Must reside in Texas.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
* Must have open availability during operating hours.
* Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

**Home Setup Requirements**
* Provided Equipment: careerzynith will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
* Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
