**Job Summary**

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from individuals who have a claim, gathering information, and creating a new record for each claimant. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound calls from customers who have a claim, gathering information and creating a new record for each claimant
* Conduct a simple intake questionnaire to ensure accurate and complete information
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Provide basic administrative support as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and data entry accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
