**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Generate sales leads by identifying and assessing customers' needs, providing personalized solutions, and promoting our products and services
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
* Customer orientation and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
* Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
