Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own home. As a Property and Casualty insurance expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities

Contact policyholders to review and update policies, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
Provide quotes, counsel policyholders on coverage options, and make recommendations to enhance retention and better meet their needs
Receive and respond to calls and emails, documenting all activity in our EPIC system
Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
Process changes to policies, follow up with companies to ensure timely processing, and review policy information to assist insured in filing claims
Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to drive business growth
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities


Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment. A Property and Casualty insurance license is required, while a Membership license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance principles, policies, and procedures
