Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Property and Casualty insurance expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our policyholders via telephone, email, and direct mail. Key Responsibilities

Contact policyholders to review policies, update information, and provide counsel on coverage options, policy limits, and payment plans
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, documenting all activity in our EPIC system
Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
Process changes to policies, submit changes to specific companies, and follow up to ensure timely processing
Review policy information, reference company-specific claims procedures, and assist insured in filing claims
Mail insured documentation, follow up on returns, and recognize cross-sell opportunities
Other duties as assigned


Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
A Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
A Membership license (preferred) or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurance companies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
Proficiency in EPIC or similar systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
