Process customer policy change requests, complete Evidence of Insurance requests, and take premium payments from customers
Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products, to drive business growth
Return all phone messages promptly, share training and education knowledge with team members, and maintain knowledge of new products and services
Generate insurance quotes, provide exceptional customer service and support, and develop and maintain client relationships
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
Work independently and as part of a team, handling customer renewals, and maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:
A Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Farmers Insurance quoting systems experience (preferred)
A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
