**Responsibilities**

* Complete Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless policy administration.
* Greet customers in a welcoming and courteous manner, setting the tone for a positive and engaging experience.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
* Process policy change requests, updates, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers.

**Requirements**
* Currently hold a Property & Casualty license, Personal Lines License, or Life and Health License.
* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and requests simultaneously.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
