Key Responsibilities: Driving Client Satisfaction and Sales Growth As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Client Communication and Claims Support : Gather documentation needed to process claims, communicate with clients, and provide clear explanations of policy updates and changes.
