(AAC) provides insurance protection for arenaflex Card Members through implicit card benefits, and fee/add-on insurance products to both Card Members and non-Card Members. This exciting opportunity will reside in the Claim and Servicing Operations department of AAC, and primary responsibilities will include administrative and operational support for teams handling adjudication of insurance policies and claims; this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational success and efficiency of arenaflex Assurance Co. Insurance portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain state compliance and company service levels in all activities and engagements. - Provide critical administrative and operational support to the arenaflex Assurance Claims team and leadership. - Collaborate effectively with members of claims, compliance, regulatory, and back-office support teams as well as multilevel leadership. - Coordinate and reconcile account activities and validations for card members and customers associated with embedded card benefits as well as fee-based insurance products. - Manage workload distribution, reporting, and compliance as related to statutory and/or company guidelines and service level agreements. - Responsible for timely and accurate Medicare and other State or Federal claims data reporting and validation. - Maintain results at meets or above across multiple KPIs. - Manage additional administrative duties for the insurance and benefits claims teams such as control reports, correspondence review, and distribution, etc. **Work Environment and Schedule:** This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and the ideal candidate will work 3 days onsite / 2 days remotely.
