What You Will Do
As an Insurance Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Your primary goals will be to:
* Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
* Expand business by building relationships with existing customers and meeting agreed-upon production goals
* Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner, with scanned documentation in our agency management system
* Connect quickly with clients, build relationships, and educate them on which products best fit their needs
Key Responsibilities:
Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
Expand business by building relationships with existing customers and meeting agreed-upon production goals
Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner, with scanned documentation in our agency management system
Connect quickly with clients, build relationships, and educate them on which products best fit their needs
The Perfect Match
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual who:
* Has a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
* Is bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
* Has sales or customer service experience
* Holds a High School Diploma or GED
* Can build relationships with sales customers
* Possesses excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Is an ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement
* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
