**Position Summary**
The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Make and receive 50+ calls daily to engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
* Gather, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
* Follow up on sales leads and provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
* Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate inquiries as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Support the sales team by providing information, assisting with quotes, and tracking client communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and service delivery.
**Skills and Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with customer service or inside sales preferred.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
