**Core Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling
* Learning our strategy, vision, mission, and products to provide expert advice and solutions to our customers
* Setting at least one product demonstration per working hour, with an average completion rate of 70%
* Responding promptly to incoming phone calls and emails to ensure exceptional customer service
* Mastering our company's telephone systems, email, and other tools to streamline your workflow and maximize productivity

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Cold-calling experience and a proven track record of success
* Self-motivation and a natural ability to network and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Skilled in standard Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent phone presentation and communication skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
