About the Role: Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and investigate customer requirements, providing innovative solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
Make accurate and rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations, ensuring timely and competitive pricing
Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales, utilizing effective communication and persuasion skills to drive business growth
Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and upsell special promotions, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products
Gather market and customer information, providing feedback on future buying trends and identifying new markets and business opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience. You will be an enthusiastic sales professional with a strong background in industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications. You will be proficient in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel, and able to type at a speed of 40 WPM.

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience
Industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience
Strong math skills and ability to learn technical product applications
Computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player with ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment
High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail
