**Job Summary**
As an Inside Sales Consultant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your primary objective will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our platform and help them achieve their sales goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote careerzynith's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be conducted entirely over the phone.
* Your primary goal will be to acquire as many new clients as possible. You will work on one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Say goodbye to the daily commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Become an expert in careerzynith's advertising solutions and adapt product pointers quickly to meet client needs. Asking probing questions and overcoming client objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.

**What It Takes to Succeed**
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone.
* Proficiency in widespread computer and email skills – we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions.
* Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* Must possess current US sales authorization.
