**Key Responsibilities**

As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR), your primary responsibilities will include:

* Training, strategizing, and efficiently promoting arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.
* Your goal will be to acquire as many businesses as possible, working within one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalizing and managing a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Working from the comfort of your own home, promoting advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, adapting product pointers quickly to match customer desires, and asking probing questions to overcome customer objections and rejection.
* Reaching and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, with a strong work ethic and tenacity being key to success.
* Living organized and controlling your time effectively to complete your daily tasks, with a focus on winning and achieving your targets.

**What It Takes to Succeed**

To excel in this role, you will need:

* A GED/HS diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
* No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Widespread computer and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* The potential to efficiently prioritize duties and manage independently, with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results.
* A valid US sales authorization.
