**Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for blithequark's Direct-to-Consumer Business**

As a key member of our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, which encompasses Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ in a single, unified platform. This is a critical initiative that will drive the expansion of our real-time features in the US. Our team leverages data, analytics, and experimentation to empower our business clients with informed, data-driven decisions. As an Information Investigator, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other groups to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack growth but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, helping shape procedures and drive business outcomes. If you're a data enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and a drive to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions * Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a steady stream of Pack intel * Conduct comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Collaborate with other Examination groups to gather and integrate Pack data from various sources, weaving insights into a cohesive, compelling narrative * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration **Essential Capabilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Ability to manage and interpret large datasets, deciphering patterns and utilizing a variety of data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals * Capacity to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space * Familiarity with data management platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, etc. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and growth * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a rapidly evolving industry * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for performance-based incentives * A flexible and remote-friendly work arrangement, with the option to work from home or our offices **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
