**Job Summary**
As an Incident Response Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our remote customer care team in delivering exceptional incident response services to our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of the competition. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

* Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies
* Experience working directly with sales teams and outreach groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
* Experience in online security and cybersecurity
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
