**Key Responsibilities**

* Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth
* Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
